Alburnes Jackson

	Alburnes Jackson, 90, of DuQuoin, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2001 at Marshall Browning Hospital.
	Mrs. Jackson had been a Floral Designer at Erwins.  She was a member of First Christian Church.
	She was born May 31, 1910 at Tamaroa, the daughter of Howard and Mary (Lemmons) Sronce.  She married George Jackson on December 1, 1934 at DuQuoin and he preceded her in death on May 6, 1995.
	Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Allen and Roberta Jackson of Pinckneyville and Steve and Kaye Jackson of Sparta; two daughters and a son-in-law, Iva Mae Milligan of DuQuoin and Jean Ann and Jim Winters of Murphysboro; one sister, Leona Rainwater of DuQuoin; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers.
	Funeral services were Thursday, January 11 at 11 a.m. at Neal-McClure Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ted Clark officiating.  Interment was in Sunset Memorial Park at DuQuoin.
	Friends called Thursday from 9 a.m. until time of services.
	Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
